James has a proven record of strategic business growth for companies in sectors as far-reaching as engineering, financial services and e-commerce.

His key strength is finding solutions, through deep analysis, that yield results for his clients.

Over the last 20 years, he’s grown his own company to a 7-figure turnover and assisted other companies as much as quadruple theirs. He’s been instrumental in the implementation of strategic planning and best practices for many of the companies he’s been involved in.

James loves real ale, snowboarding, golfing and Hudson (his black lab).

Jay has two decades of experience in the creative industry, affirmed with industry recognised awards.

His background includes being the Creative Director and Design Director for two leading London brand agencies, Designhouse and L&Co. He’s delivered projects for global organisations including; Microsoft XBOX, JLL and Heineken and created brands for many diverse smaller businesses and startups.

Nowadays he manages his teams to provide brand, design and photography services to businesses and individuals, both in the UK and internationally.

Jay’s ever the optimist, with a passion for classic American cars, sausage dogs and most importantly the sunshine.

Merv is a technical thinker with two decades of problem-solving experience.

Throughout his education and working life, he’s focused on solving problems. In the earlier years, this was often in the form of finding streamlined process in the workplace, such as replacing manual processes with automated and semi-automated digital solutions, or reducing workflows, refining and/or removing superfluous stages. For the last decade, it’s been in software development, most commonly web-development. Merv has fully immersed himself in this discipline, taking a degree in computer science to underpin his knowledge.

His role at 300% is to lead the digital services, developing and providing solutions that are focused on solving problems to the most appropriate level. He’s obsessed with always improving the user experience, as can be seen with the websites we build for our clients, both in terms of site performance and a keen focus on the content management experience.
